An Inside View of Leadership Development with Lisa Mitchell
Welcome back to the Who Are You to Lead Anyway Podcast for mastering skills to navigate Leadership & Life. Episode 18. Today, I am thrilled to introduce my guest, Lisa Mitchell.
As a Talent Management Thought Partner and Results Coach, Lisa Mitchell helps Talent Management Leaders embed talent programs that drive results and elevate organizational culture. She supports them through transformational coaching, consulting and training for them AND the companies they serve.
Lisa’s ultimate mission is to transform the working lives of 10 million North American professionals by unlocking the potential of Talent Management Leaders!
To achieve this mission, she has created free resources in the form of her podcast “Talent Management Truths” and her monthly interactive Talent Talks.
Lisa’s signature offering is The Talent Trust, a 6-month peer community and mentoring program exclusively for Talent Leaders.
She brings over 20 years’ experience as a Corporate Leader and Executive to the table, and is known for her strategic yet highly practical approach. She honed her skills in progressively senior HR and Organizational Development roles in large Canadian and Global companies. Industry experience covers contact centres, outsourcing, finance, retail, and senior’s housing (a blend of healthcare and hospitality).
Lisa believes that the employee experience drives the customer experience – and that a strong employee experience is cultivated by smart, well-supported Talent Leaders who are committed to their own growth and development.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys life at home with her teenaged son, husband and rescue dogs, spending most of her spare time going for walks, reading, writing and traveling.
